Dr. Bolaños received her undergraduate major degree in biology, with a minor in biochemistry, cum Laude, at Hofstra University, New York, in 1987. She received her medical degree from Suny Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York in 1991. Continuing her training in Pedatrics at Suny Health Science Center at Stonybrook, New York in 1994; and Driscoll's Children Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1995.
Dr. Bolaños is a Board Certified pediatrician and a good standing member of the american board of pediatrics. August 1995, she started her Pediatric practice in Kissimmee, Poinciana and south Orlando area. For four consecutive years, Dr. Bolaños served as Pediatric chairman in Osceola regional hospital, followed by two years of vice-chairman and one year as secretary Treasurer of the medical staff at ORH in 2003. She is also a hospital neonatal advanced life support instructor.
Dr. Bolaños lives in Orlando and strongly believes and follows in her Christian values, participating actively in the Medical Missions Team at Calvary City Church, located in Orlando, as Medical Director. She participates in yearly medical and evangelical mission trips, having gone to locations such as, (but not limited to): Jamaica, Russia, Israel, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Dominican republic, Guatemala, Brazil, and Honduras.
She is happily married and has two beautiful twins: Moses and Hadassah.
